Government has extended the tenure of Shah Committee looking into ONGC-RIL gas dispute by three months to the 31st of July. The Committee headed by Justice (retired) A P Shah was constituted on the 16th of December 2015 by Ministry of Petroleum to fix responsibility and compensation for natural gas from ONGC block migrating to RIL fields. The committee was asked to submit its report with in three months.
