Traffic Police sources said that, all Light Motor Vehicles will be allowed towards Srinagar from Jammu from 8 A.M. to 11 A.M. and from 9 A.M. to 12 Noon from Udhampur. <br />''<br />''No vehicle will be allowed from Srinagar towards Jammu except ambulances or any vehicle carrying a patient or anybody having any serious emergency. Till wee hours today all the Heavy Motor Vehicles stranded in Udhampur area were cleared towards Srinagar.</span><br />
