In Jammu and Kashmir, the authorities have decided to allow only one-way movement of vehicles for four days on the national highway. This is in order to ensure smooth passage of traffic to shift the State's summer capital to Srinagar from Jammu. Keeping in view of the annual Darbar, the traffic will be allowed to ply on national highway only from Jammu to Srinagar on the first, second, eight and nineth of next month. The Civil Secretariat and other offices will close in Jammu this evening and will re-open in the summer capital of Srinagar on May 10 during the bi-annual Darbar Move. <br/>
