In Assam, one hardcore ULFA militant was killed this morning in Golapara district in an encounter with the security forces.Official sources say, acting on a tip off, police and security forces launched operation at Khardaang under Krishnai police station. The militant was killed after exchange of firing. Arms and ammunitions were also recovered by security forces from the ULFA cadre.
