<span style="color: #222222;">In the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, one terrorist was killed in an encounter with the security forces in Village Kamrazipora area of South Kashmir's Pulwama district on Wednesday morning. One soldier also laid down his life in the line of duty.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">According to Police, a joint team of Pulwama Police, 53 Rashtriya Rifles and Central Reserve Police Force laid a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) in the village based on an intelligence input.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">  </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">As the team approached towards the suspected spot, the terrorists fired upon them. The security forces retaliated that resulted into the encounter and the elimination of one terrorist. One AK rifle alongwith grenades, pouches and ammunition stores have been recovered at encounter site.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">  </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">An official source said that an exchange of fire took place at wee hours today in which two Army soldiers received injuries. One of them succumbed to his injuries at 92 Base Army hospital in Srinagar. The search operation was underway when the reports last came in.</span>
