In the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, one terrorist has been killed in an encounter with the security forces in Arrah area of South Kashmir's Kulgam district this afternoon.<br />'' <br />'' According to police, a joint team of Police and Army's 34 Rashtriya Rifles laid a Cordon-And-Search-Operation in Arrah village.<br />'' As the joint team encircled the suspected spot, the hiding terrorists fired upon them.
