In Uttar Pradesh, the police have arrested one more person in connection with the bomb attack case on State Minister Nand Gopal Gupta at Allahabad on the 12th of last month. Quoting police sources our Lucknow correspondent reports that he was arrested from Rambagh area of Allahabad city. A total of 8 persons have been arrested in this case including 3 motor mechanics from Jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh. Police said, the main accused in the case Rajesh Pilot is still absconding and State government has announced reward of 2 lakhs 50 thousand rupees on his head and one lakh rupees each on two of his associates. The Injured Minister Gupta and his security personnel are under treatment at SGPGI Lucknow. The medical bulletin issued by the SGPGI said, the condition of both of them is improving. Two persons including a journalist had succumbed to their injuries in the attack.
