In Kashmir Valley one militant was killed in an encounter at village Kachumuqam, Chundusa in Baramulla district.<br/><br/>Army, police and CRPF launched a joint operation on specific information that militants were hiding in the village.<br/><br/>In the ensuing gun fight which lasted for several hours, the house where militants were hiding got damaged. DIG, North Kashmir told AIR that one body of the slain militant has been recovered from the debris while as search operation is yet on.<br/>
