In Karnataka, one person was killed and seven injured in a fire accident in the Lakshmi Venkateshwara marriage hall in Bangalore. The regional fire officer Anne Gowda told our correspondent that they received a telephone call saying that a cylinder had exploded in the marriage hall causing considerable damage to the structure.He informed that while extinguishing the fire four firemen and three others were injured when a RCC slab of the marriage hall collapsed over a house. City Police commissioner Jyothi Prakash Mirji who visited the site said that the cause of fire is being verified and a case has been booked against the marriage hall owner.
