In Jharkhand, one police jawan has been killed and another injured in an ongoing encounter between the police forces and the naxals at Dayanmera near Deegha police post bordering West Bengal. Our correspondent reports, the encounter is taking place in the Ghatsheela subdivision in East Singhbhum district. The injured jawan has been shifted to hospital and the Police have encircled the naxals. The naxals had triggered a land mine blast.
