In Jammu and Kashmir, heavy shelling and firing by Pakistani forces in civilian areas and forward posts in R.S. Pura sector late last night has left one civilian injured. Pakistani forces resorted to mortar shelling and heavy firing on civilian areas and Indian positions in Poonch, Rajauri and Jammu districts along the Line of Control, and international border. Army on LoC and BSF on International Border retaliated the firing effectively and heavy exchanges continued till early this morning.
