In a boat tragedy in Saryu River in Behraich district of Uttar Pradesh at least 19 people are missing and one dead body has been recovered so far. The incident occurred at Eakghara ghat area under Kharighat police station area this afternoon. <br/><br/>The District Superintendent of Police Ram Bharose told AIR Allahabad correspondent that a boat carrying 35 people was capsized while it was on its way to Shivpur from Eakghara ghat. 15 people were rescued while 19 others are still missing. <br/><br/>Police have recovered only one dead body as the report last came in. According to police some children and women were also on the boat but the exact number is still not clear. <br/><br/>The senior administrative and police officers are on the spot and PAC divers have been called for rescue operations the superintendent of police said. However, rescue operations are also being affected due to rain and bad weather. Police are investigating the case to know the exact cause of this incident
