A new study in Singapore claims that drinking a cup of tea daily can reduce the risk of dementia. It is specially beneficial to those who are genetically predisposed to the debilitating disease.The research was published in The Journal of Nutrition, Health and Aging.<br/><br/>Researchers at the National University of Singapore conducted the study on Chinese elderly, but said the results could apply to other races as well. <br/><br/>The researchers said the data from the study suggests that a simple and inexpensive lifestyle measure such as daily tea drinking can reduce a person's risk of developing neurocognitive disorders in late life.<br/>
