In Jammu and Kashmir, in yet another incident of ceasefire violation along the Line of Control in Poonch district, the Pakistani troops today resorted to mortar shelling and firing on Indian position as well as civilian areas which left one civilian killed while five others injured. According to defence sources, the forces from across the LoC started unprovoked shelling and firing on some Indian position in Sabzian sector around 7.00 p.m. last night.<br/><br/>Later, the shelling was also extended to some civilian areas. The Indian army has been giving a befitting reply to the Pakistani shelling and intermittent exchanges were still continuing. This is the 9th incident of ceasefire violation along the Line of Control in last seven days.
