In the Ruchika Molestation case, District and Sessions court of Chandigarh today pronounced one and half year sentence to former Haryana DGP, SPS Rathore. The court gave the verdict dismissing his plea challenging the 6 month sentence given by the CBI court in December last year.Rathore has been taken into custody as per court's order.
