A CBI Special Court in Hyderabad today sanctioned bail to former Karnataka Minister, Gali Janardhan Reddy in OMC mining irregularities case. The special Court granted conditional bail to the former Karnataka Minister which includes surety from two individuals and 5 lakh rupees. He has been asked not to leave the country.

The special CBI court had earlier rejected his bail petition for four times. Meanwhile, the CBI court has rejected bail plea by Senior IAS Officer SriLakshmi in OMC illegal Mining case.
