The Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mr. Omar Abdullah has urged the Centre to extend a package on the pattern of North East to revive industries in the border state. <br/><br/>He met the Union Finance Minister, Mr. Pranab Mukherji at New Delhi yesterday and made a strong plea to this effect.<br/>
