Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today appealed to the people to play a positive role in bringing the present situation back to normalcy. He cautioned the people not to fall prey to the nefarious designs of anti-national elements who are hell bent upon disturbing the development in the State.Chief Minister who was in Jammu today to inspect various development projects being executed in the city also came down heavily on those who are instigating the children in Kashmir Valley for stone pelting incidents.Admitting that the situation in Kashmir Valley has deteriorated , Omar said that collective efforts are required to restore normalcy in the valley. Rejecting the revocation of Armed Forces Special Power Act in Jammu and Kashmir , Omar Abdullah said that it can be amended to make it humane.
