Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omer Abdullah today reiterated his stand that time has come to move ahead in the process of withdrawing Armed Forces Special Powers Act from some areas in the state where peace is prevailing and the Army has not been operating for quite sometime.Taking to media on the sidelines of a function in Srinagar today Omer Abdullah said he made his point of view clear to all participants in Yesterdays Unified command meeting in Jammu and asked senoir Police and army officers to work out ways and means to initiate the withdrawal process.
