In Manipur, Okram Ibobi Singh will take oath as the new Chief Minister of the state on tomorrow.Earlier in the afternoon, AICC General Secretary and Manipur in-charge of the Party, Luizinho Faleiro declared in a press conference at Imphal that Congress President Sonia Gandhi has appointed Ibobi Singh as the new leader of the Congress Legislature Party (CLP) in the Tenth Manipur Legislative Assembly. Later, the new CLP Leader staked claim to form the new Ministry in the state.The swearing in ceremony of the Chief Minister will be held tomorrow afternoon. The Governor has asked Ibobi Singh to submit the list of his new Council of Ministers. Congress has a total strength of 42 seats in the 60-member state assembly.Before staking claim to form the new government, Ibobi Singh told mediapersons at Imphal that power and water supply will now be in the top priority of his government this time.
