Oil prices pushed higher in Asian trade today boosted by heightened geo-political tensions over Iran . New York 's main contract, light sweet crude for delivery in January, was up 33 cents to 101.29 US Dollars a barrel. Brent North Sea crude for January delivery, rose 48 cents to 110.42 US Dollars.
