Oil prices surge around four and half percent

Oil prices on Tuesday surged around four and half percent as concerns over potential supply disruptions after Russia's military operation in Ukraine and related sanctions outweighing talks of a coordinated global crude stocks release.

In intra-day trade, Brent crude was trading around 102 dollars and 50 cents per barrel while WTI crude prices were at 99 dollars and 40 cents per barrel.
