Oil prices were steady today after a price drop the previous day reversed the supportive impact of a surprise OPEC production cut announced this month.
 
In intra-day trade, Brent crude was trading at around 77 dollars and 72 cents per barrel. West Texas Intermediate crude was at 74 dollars and 29 cents per barrel.
