Oil prices rises in Asian trade today

Oil prices rose in Asian trade today, with demand boosted by a weaker dollar but lingering concerns over China's economy capped gains. New York's main contract, West Texas Intermediate, WTI, for delivery in September, was up five cents to 105.54 US Dollars a barrel in mid-morning trade, while Brent North Sea crude for September added 12 cents to 107.77 Dollars.
