Oil prices on Friday rose more than half a percent. The crude prices climbed after a strong rise in the previous session on a weaker dollar and a fall in U.S. crude stocks.

In intra-day trade, Brent crude was trading around 73 dollars and 50 cents per barrel while WTI crude prices were at 70 dollars and 20 cents per barrel.
