Oil prices rise on China demand recovery expectations, supply concerns

Oil prices today rose on expectations that easing COVID-19 restrictions in China will boost demand and as supply concerns grew. The crude price rose around two percent In intra-day trade. Brent crude was trading at around 114 dollars per barrel while WTI crude was trading around 115 dollars and 30 cents per barrel.
