Oil prices today climbed, recouping some losses from the previous session as new data showed a rebound in Chinese and Japanese economies.

In intra-day trade, Brent crude prices were trading around 43 dollars and 60 cents per barrel while WTI crude prices were around 41 dollars per barrel.
