Oil price dropped in Asian trade today after US data showed the country's crude stocks declined at a smaller-than-expected margin. New York's main contract, light sweet crude dropped 15 cents to 89.69 dollars per barrel in the afternoon. Brent North Sea crude was down three cents at 93.12 dollars.
