Oil prices were mixed in Asia today as dealers trod cautiously ahead of US President Barack Obama's State of the Union speech and as eurozone finance ministers discuss a debt bailout for Cyprus. New York's main contract, light sweet crude for delivery in March, was down 12 cents to 96.91 dollar a barrel and Brent North Sea crude for March delivery inched up three cents to 118.16 dollar
