Oil was flat in thin Asian tradetoday with investors increasingly concerned over growing US crudestockpiles. New York's main contract, West Texas Intermediate for January delivery, was up one cent at 92.31 dollars inmid-morning Asian trade. Brent North Sea crude for January eased four cents to 110.82 dollars. The US Energy Department on Wednesday reported that commercial stocks of crude increased by three million barrelslast week, well above the 500,000 forecast by analysts. Since September 13, commercial crude stocks have increased 35.8 million, or more than 10 per cent.
