Office of Profit: Congress demands resignation of Delhi CM over disqualification of 20 AAP MLAs

The Congress had demanded the resignation of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejrwial following the disqualification of 20 AAP MLAs in Office of Profit case. Briefing media, Delhi Congress Unit Chief Ajay Maken said, Mr Kejriwal has lost the moral right to remain in power. <br/><br/>He also expressed concern over delay in disqualification of the legislators and accused the BJP and AAP of collusion.Accusing the AAP of lying, Mr Maken said, the Election Commission had given the AAP MLAs full opportunity for hearing the matter.<br/> <br/>Meanwhile, AAP leader and Delhi Minister Gopal Rai said, the party will approach the High Court against the disqualification its MLAs. He said, the party will move even the Supreme Court if the need arises. He said, earlier the Party was thinking to represent its case before President Ram Nath Kovind.
