Briefing media in capital Bhubaneswar a short while ago, the Chief Election Officer Mr Sushil Kumar Lohani said that the Election Commission of India have been informed about the same. Polling for the Pipili assembly seat in the Puri district of the state has been postponed by the Returning Officer following the death of Shri Ajit Mangaraj, the Congress candidate yesterday.
