<span style="color: #222222;">In Odisha, the well marked low pressure area over the Bay of Bengal has caused heavy downpour during the last 12 hours.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">According to the Indian Meteorological Department, the low pressure area is likely to intensify into a depression in the next 6 hours thereby bringing extremely heavy rains over several parts of the state in the next 24 hours.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">AIR correspondent reports, the low pressure area over the Northwest and adjacent West Central Bay of Bengal has lashed quite a number of places in coastal Odisha with heavy to very heavy rainfall.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Due to the incessant rains, local inundation and water logging have been reported from several parts of the state including capital Bhubaneswar.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Quite a few rivers and rivulets are reportedly swelling due to the heavy rains during the last 12 hours.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The weather Department has issued red warning for seven coastal districts like Khurdha, Cuttack and  Puri till tomorrow morning and for another 5 Western Odisha districts like Sambalpur, Deogarh and Bargarh for the subsequent 12 hours.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Fishermen have been advised against venturing into the seas, which might experience turbulence till the Tuesday next, due to the strong surface winds gusting up to 65 kms per hour, along and off the Odisha coast.</span><br />
