Not only has the intra-day recovery been state-wide in overshooting the positive cases, but has also shown a similar outlook in Khordha and Cuttack- the two districts reporting the highest inter-district cases for quite a long time now.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">While in Khordha-the home district of capital Bhubaneswar- the single-day recovery of 1173 patients has outnumbered the new infection at 902,  adjacent Cuttack too has witnessed a single-day record recovery of 411 patients, charging ahead of the fresh cases at 409.  Meanwhile, keeping in view the surge in cases,  the state government is fast coming up with yet another exclusive Covid hospital having 300 general and 40 ICU beds in capital Bhubaneswar. </span>
