The Odisha Legislative Assembly witnessed uproarious scenes today over the multi-crore 'dal scam' with opposition Congress members demanding resignation of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and discussion over the issue. One of the Congress member even snatched the mike of the Speaker, while others dumped samples of the sub-standard 'dal' supplied to the children and pregnant women of the state on the podium.
