Odisha government has identified some more categories of employees as frontline workers for covid-19 vaccination. They include certain categories of staff of banks, insurance companies, forest department, vetenirary department, railways, call centres and oxygen plant employees. However, these categories of frontline workers will be vaccinated once adequate vaccine supply is available in the state.<br />'' <br />''AIR Bhubaneswar correspondent reports that as of now, the state government has prioritised the vaccination of beneficiaries of whom around 10 lakh are waiting for their turn for the second dose. The state, so far has vaccinated near about 65 lakh beneficiaries with around 48 thousand of them receiving their vaccine jabs yesterday.
