The district collectors have also been asked to prioritise the vaccination of beneficiaries due for the second dose. Odisha, till date has administered 1.24 crore first dose vaccines as against 38.67 lakh second dose vaccines to the beneficiaries even as the total vaccination target stands at 3.09 crore citizens.
