<span style="color: #222222;">Odisha Government has allowed further relaxation in the ongoing partial lockdown. Announcing the unlocking process, P. K. Jena, Special Relief Commissioner of the state today said that the State Government has begun the unlock process while balancing between life and livelihood.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The fresh guidelines for August allow all shops to open across the state from six in the morning to 8 p.m., followed by night curfew. It has also allowed cinema halls theatres hotels and restaurant with 50 per cent of capacity across the state. The decision to open religious institutions including the world famous Sri Jagannath Temple in Puri has been left to the discretion of the District Magistrates and Municipal Commissioners in keeping with the local&nbsp; COVID-19 situation. However, weekend shut down will continue in Cuttack Bhubaneswar and Puri. Meanwhile, the daily positive cases being on the decline, the active&nbsp; caseload of the state has further dipped to a little over 16,000, as of now.</span><br />
