Governor of Odisha, Professor Ganeshi Lal has called upon the Vice Chancellors of the Universities in the state to implement the new National Education Policy as a national duty. <br />'' <br />''He was addressing the vice-chancellors of the government and private universities of the state through video conferencing today. <br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Underlining the special responsibility of the Vice Chancellors in the effective implementation of the National Education Policy,  the Governor, who is also the Chancellor of the Universities said that the new policy is based on Indian culture, educational tradition and thought that can bring out Indianness with clarity.</span><br />
