Odisha flood: Relief & rescue operation in full swing

In Odisha, lakhs of people continue to reel under the impact of devastating floods. The state government has decided to continue the relief work for seven more days in villages still marooned by flood water. Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has directed collectors of the flood-hit districts to start restoration and reconstruction work immediately and complete it within 45 days.
