In Odisha, CRPF and ITBP in collaboration with the state government on Friday organised various activities in Cuttack, the birthplace of Netaji Subash Chandra Bose. These events are being organised under the aegis of the Ministry of Home Affairs as the iconic week celebrations from 17th to 23rd January to mark the 126th birth anniversary of Netaji as part of the Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav. The events that marked the day, include cycle rally, blood donation camp, philately exhibition, display of arms and ammunitions, poetry recitation and tree plantation, besides honouring the next of kin of the martyrs.
