Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik left for Delhi on a four-day tour today. During the visit he will attend the Inter State Council meeting to be presided over by the Prime Minister on July 16. <br/><br/>The Inter-State Council meeting is being held after a gap of 10 years. Sources said Patnaik along with Chief Secretary Aditya Prasad Padhi will participate in the meeting. <br/><br/>This is the 11th meeting of the Inter-State Council, which was established under Article 263 of the Constitution in 1990. The last meeting of the Council was held in 2006 during UPA regime.
