In Odisha, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today reiterated that his government is open to dialogue with the members of Chasi Mulia Sangh (CMS) in Koraput district for the secure release of the abducted MLA Jhinna Hikaka. In a statement, he called upon people who responsible for the abduction and the Chasi Mulia Sangh (CMS) to name their representatives for talk. On the issue of abduction of Italian National, he said government is further examining the demands of Maoists.
