Odisha is today celebrating it's 76th year of its formation. Odisha was formed on this day in 1936. A large number of meetings and functions have been organised all over the state to mark the occasion. A State level function on “Orissa Day” will take place at Bhubaneswar today evening. Earlier this morning, people from different sections of the society garlanded statues of freedom fighters and leaders instrumental in the formation of Odisha.
