Odisha achieved a milestone yesterday with the recovery of more than 1 lakh COVID-19 patients. With 2787 persons reported cured yesterday, the total number of recovery has gone up to 102185. On the other hand, 3490 fresh cases were reported yesterday taking the cumulative caseload of the state to 131382. 569 persons have succumbed to the infection so far.<br />'' <br />''While the rate of COVID-19 positivity in Odisha has been hanging around 6% as of now, the recovery rate has also been on the upswing. Out of the 28575 active cases while Khordha district nestling capital Bhubaneswar represents the farthest end of the spectrum with 7683 cases, Deogarh district with only 82 active cases represents the lowest. In terms of fresh cases, more than 20 districts out of the total 30, have managed to fix the viral spread down to double digits.<br />
