In Odisha, the abductors of MLA, Jhinna Hikaka are yet to respond to the invitation of state government to start dialogue for his secure release. The state Home Secretary, U N Behera told AIR that government is ready to sit with the Chasi Mulia Adivasi Sangh (CMAS) since the whole issue is sensitive and needs to be discussed face to face with the members of the Sangh. The top activist of CMAS, Nachika Linga said in a statement that they would not like to sit across the table with the government unless the government fulfills their demands unconditionally.
