BJP has termed the Odd-even scheme for cars in the national capital as faulty exercise saying it is bound to fail. <br/><br/>Talking to reporters in New Delhi today, party spokesperson Meenakshi Lekhi alleged that Delhi government is looking for escape route. She said the AAP government is following the strategy of blaming the centre without putting proper efforts for rolling out the scheme. <br/><br/>Ms. Lekhi said it would put only six per cent of vehicles off roads and claimed that the AAP government had chosen a convenient time frame to roll it out as during Jan 1-15 schools are closed.
