Obama's Healthcare reform likely to get Senate approval

President Obama's ambitious health care reform plan, his top domestic priority, is one step closer to getting the Senate approval. Democrats in the Upper House voted by 60 to 39 to stop a Republican delaying tactic, clearing the last hurdle for today's final vote.
