Obama warns Libyan leader Gadhafi

U.S. President Barack Obama has warned Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi that his forces must stop attacking his people or face military action. Mr. Obama said that Mr. Gadhafi's forces must allow humanitarian supplies to reach civilians. He said those terms are not negotiable. He also said Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will attend an emergency summit in Paris today where world powers, including the U.N., the Arab League and the European Union, will consider a response to the crisis in Libya. Mr. Obama said the U.S. will not deploy ground troops.
