The US President Barack Obama says he would not make a decision on sending in more troops to Afghanistan until he completes a review of strategy there. His comments came up after the leak of a confidential report by the American Commander in Afghanistan General Stanley McChrystal. General McChrystal is reported to have warned that the foreign military effort in Afghanistan could fail without an increase in troops.
